I don't sit still. Never did. I was told I asked too many questions. My brain is always chasing the next big idea.

If my job involves executing a repeating process, I'll inevitably find a way to 'improve' it.

Or break it.

Restless energy. Curiosity. A drive to create.

That's the fuel that's propelled my journey through a diverse and winding career – from researching generational differences and leading teams in high-growth environments to advising some of the most innovative companies in the world.

I still talk a lot.

I've had the profound privilege of delivering more than 500 keynote addresses in front of hundreds of thousands of leaders on 4 continents and 48 states, including senior executives at the world’s largest companies across nearly every industry.

I’ve also served numerous high-impact executives, founders, CEOs, and other leaders in the high-stakes moments that shape companies, futures, and legacies.

I still ask a lot of questions.

And they’ve led me to some pretty great outcomes.

For instance, I spent years observing and researching human attention and its effects on the workplace, which led to helping leaders implement organizational strategies to keep their people working and increase focus.

The result —in addition to an incredible opportunity to interact with world-class leaders— was a bestselling book, Can I Have Your Attention?

That research and the resulting book was the foundational springboard that continues to undergird my work with leaders.

I still move nonstop.

I was president of my class at Texas A&M University. I started my first business in 2011, joined North America's largest generational research firm in 2013, and became part of a deep tech startup in 2021.

Nowadays, I'm a regular Forbes contributor, and a senior executive at Venus Aerospace, where we are developing reusable hypersonic technology that will revolutionize and redefine the boundaries of aviation, defense, and beyond. Imagine flying from DFW to London, in less than 2 hours.
